Investor subscribers can export the current, filtered listing set as CSV or JSON directly from any listings page. Exports honour every active filter (province, municipality, price, sale type, search, ordering) so you can pull exactly the slice you need for a spreadsheet or an LLM pipeline.

Can AI tools and LLMs read taxsaleproperty.ca?

Yes. We publish a machine-readable llms.txt and llms-full.txt plus a full sitemap so crawlers and AI agents can discover and summarise our content. The JSON export is structured for direct ingestion into models and agent workflows.

Is there a public REST API?
