Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — cancel from your account settings at any time. You keep access until the end of your billing period. No questions asked.

Does the 7-day trial require a credit card?

Yes. Stripe collects and authenticates your card, with no trial verification fee. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid subscription charges. Prepaid cards are not accepted.

What happens after the trial?

After 7 days your subscription starts automatically at the plan rate you selected. You can cancel before then from your account dashboard — no contracts, no commitments.

Do you offer refunds?

New trials have no verification fee. Historical verification credits and refunds remain honoured. Cancel before renewal to avoid subscription charges. Other fees are non-refundable except where required by law or for a verified billing error. See our Refund Policy.

Can AI tools and LLMs access your data?

Yes. The Investor plan includes structured JSON / CSV data exports that are compatible with OpenAI, Claude, and other LLM workflows. Our sitemap and llms.txt are also publicly accessible for crawlers.

How is your data different from searching Google?

We aggregate official municipal tax sale listings across all 10 Canadian provinces into a single normalized database — updated daily. You get AAN numbers, legal descriptions, upset prices, sale dates, and historical outcomes in one place, not scattered across 200+ municipal websites.

Is there an API?

An API for bulk access is on our roadmap. Investor subscribers will get early access. Contact us if you are a researcher or institution with specific data needs.
